WOW! These guys are great. I never thought I'd say that about an air conditioner service but I am impressed. Timely arrival, very thorough work and courteous. Christian Valdez gave us really good explanations about our 3 AC units. He was not rushed and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC service you need. The technicians are not on commission so you will not have to deal with a lot of upselling of parts and/or services that you probably don't need.

We were having a problem with our A/C. They were able to come out the next day and fix things. Devin was very professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We signed up for their regular maintenance plan. We highly recommend this company.

Steve was amazing, literally had 4 different plumbers come who could not resolve the mysterious odor issue at a commercial site. Steve was incredibly relentless on hunting down the issue where other companies guessed and promised results that cost us a lot of money. Through very impressive investigative skills, he found screws that punctured pipes which were seemly impossible to find. They were literally hidden behind screwed down plywood and pre-existing sink structures that were improperly capped. Long story short, I can't express enough how hard it is to find people like Steve who did an incredible job, would give 10 stars if it were possible.

I want to give Leslie and Devin from GM Air a huge Thank You. We had just returned home from a month long Vacation with every part of us being exhausted and ready for some rest and recuperation, unfortunately our AC unit went out in the middle of our first night back. We made a call to Leslie first thing the next morning, and even though they already had a full schedule, they were able to find us a new unit and have it installed the next day.
