These Terms apply to all users of the Site (online, mobile, applications, platforms). Use constitutes agreement; non-agreement prohibits access.

Your Access

Permission granted for noncommercial personal use, provided compliance with Terms, lawful purposes, no modification/distribution, retention of notices, no interference with security.

Responsibility For User-Generated Content Posted on or Through This Site

Users responsible for UGC posted; no liability to AirCon Heat. Users liable for defamatory/obscene/libelous content or violations. Warrant ownership/rights, consents for images/likenesses. No warranty on UGC truthfulness/quality. UGC expresses user opinions, not AirCon Heat's.

Users own UGC but grant AirCon Heat a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, etc., without consent/compensation. Do not post unwanted UGC.

AirCon Heat may monitor, remove/block UGC, disclose per law, terminate access.

Restrictions: No unlawful/harmful/abusive/obscene/illegal/misleading/infringing/confidential-violating/impersonating content; no solicitations, viruses, advertising.

Warranties upon posting: Ownership, accuracy, compliance.

Removal of Content

Request removal of objectionable UGC via contact info. Reviewed at discretion; may not remove from other sites/backups.

For copyrights: No knowing violations. Remove infringing material. DMCA notices required (details provided, send to support@airconheat.com).

Your Feedback

Feedback assigned to AirCon Heat; exclusive property. License to use without restriction/compensation. Do not submit unwanted Feedback.

Your Obligations

Provide accurate personal info; update as needed. Accounts personal; maintain confidentiality, responsible for activities. Report breaches. Use lawfully; no viruses, modifications, unauthorized access. Reserve rights/remedies.

DISCLAIMERS

Site/Content/Products provided "AS IS," without warranties. No representations on title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness, security, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, injury/damage, unauthorized access. No endorsement of non-AirCon Heat statements/UGC. Use at sole risk. Shareholders/affiliates benefit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Exclude liability for losses/damages (direct/indirect/special/consequential, etc.) from Site use, even if advised. Aggregate liability capped at $10 if invalid. Rights vary by jurisdiction; statutory rights unaffected.

Text program under Terms. Messages may include marketing/promotional/transactional; unsubscribe via STOP. Consent not required for purchase. Rates may apply. Franchisees independent. Represent device ownership/authority. AS-IS service; US only. Reserve right to alter/suspend.

Indemnify/defend AirCon Heat et al. from losses/claims from violations/breaches/postings. Third-party apps: Authorized to share info; no responsibility for dissemination.

These Terms of Use May Change

Reserve right to change; continued use = agreement. Effective on posting. Non-transferable by users.

Entire Agreement

Terms + Privacy Policy/click-throughs = entire agreement; supersedes prior.
